Ava was a busy girl with her studies.

In May, she earned her master’s degree in marriage and family therapy from the University of Southern California.

Ava beamed with pride as she wore her cap and sash that read “Class of 2023” while posing on the picturesque campus.

Her mother, who attended the graduation ceremony, wrote on Instagram: “Such a proud mama.” Congratulations, my baby, on your Masters in MFT. With your hard work and perseverance and your kind listening.’

The Los Angeles native explained this in her caption to the photos of her at USC.

“Today I will be graduating from USC with a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy!” began Sambora’s note shared.

Locklear appeared in the television series “Melrose Place” from 1993 to 1999.

From 2009 to 2010 she was seen again in the new version of the show.

Heather was also known for her marriages – she was married to Pamela Anderson’s ex, Tommy Lee, and Sambora.

This came after she went through a difficult period while going in and out of Rebab treatment in 2018 and 2019; The star seems to be much better and more stable these days.

In 2021, it was reported that Heather “couldn’t be happier” with her fiancé Chris Heisser. Sources say the couple is “in really good shape” as they take their relationship to the next level.

An insider said: “Heather and Chris are doing really well at the moment.” They couldn’t be happier. They go out of their way to make the other person feel special – she cooks for him, he buys her flowers, etc.’

The star and her fiancé are high school sweethearts and their romance dates back to the ’70s, although they lost touch and only got back together in 2017.

For Heather, the upcoming wedding will be her third.

In 2021, she said she was “scared” about returning to television.

The actress appeared as Kristine Carlson in the television film Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff: The Kristine Carlson Story, based on the book series by Kristine and her husband Dr. Richard Carlson, and she was worried about her first small film role in four years.

“The challenging part of it was so scary for me,” she said while speaking to reporters during the press event for Lifetime’s Fall Movies.

An emotional scene in which Kristine learns that her husband – played by Jason MacDonald – has died was filmed on the second day of filming.

Heather reached out to Kristine herself to help research the powerful moment, adding, “She said, ‘It’s almost like a child dying.’ And that stopped me in my tracks.”

Although the star wasn’t sure if she would be able to reach the right emotional level the scene required, she settled down and “felt very confident.”

And although Heather had other concerns about remembering her lines after a few years away, she found it “so easy” to slip back into old habits.

She told People: “I don’t know why I was so afraid of memorizing lines, how about conveying emotions.”
