Francesco Totti and Ilary Blasi, after the meeting, the Rolex case is still open

Tgcom24

The meeting between Francesco Totti And Ilary Blasi to settle the controversy surrounding the now very famous Rolex ended, so that the situation remains practically open. The two (almost) former spouses, accompanied by their respective lawyers, met at the bank on Thursday afternoon, where Blasi returned the watches she had taken from the shared safe, claiming they were a gift from Totti. But the presenter only brought three of the seven watches with him, according to “Il Messaggero”. These will be kept in a box registered to both while waiting for a judge to decide who the rightful owner is.

If the watch collection is incomplete, at least it is original. In fact, Totti and lawyer Conte presented an expert to confirm the authenticity of the Rolex watches, which was immediately checked. However, as far as the missing pieces are concerned, the former Roma captain has no intention of giving up and if these are not returned either, he would be willing to take further legal action.

In the current situation, according to “Repubblica”, neither of them will be able to use the watches without the consent of the other: in practice, anyone who wants to wear one of the pieces from the collection would have to go to the bank of their ex-spouse’s company, which will request the withdrawal approved. A hypothesis that seems rather absurd given the former couple’s current relationships.
