Dane Cook and his new wife Kelsi Taylor, 24, looked tanned and relaxed just days after returning from their wedding and honeymoon in Hawaii.
The 51-year-old actor got back to work on Thursday to give back to the state that means so much to both of them.
The comedian returned to his comic roots to take part in “A Stand-up Benefit for Maui” at the Laugh Factory in Los Angeles.
Proceeds were earmarked for the Maui Strong Fund.
The Dan in Real Life actor teamed up with fellow comedians Tiffany Haddish and Craig Robinson for the fundraiser.

The money will benefit Maui residents whose homes and businesses were destroyed in wildfires in August.
The deadly fire killed 97 people and left thousands homeless.
Some residents were allowed to visit their burned-out neighborhoods on Monday.
It is estimated that billions of dollars will be needed to help Maui residents rebuild.
The American Exit star looked relaxed on stage, wearing a gray T-shirt with a yellow “Rise Up for Maui” logo.
He wore dark jeans, white sneakers and proudly displayed his wedding ring.
Dane was clean-shaven and brushed his short brown hair back from his face.
Kelsi, 24, showcased her warm skin tones and toned arms in a sleeveless taupe blouse.

The fitness trainer wore white jeans and taupe sandals. Her shoulder-length dark blonde hair was parted in the middle and styled straight. The Pilates instructor wore natural-looking makeup with a soft pink lip.

Dane’s performance was a good warm-up for the newlyweds, who were set to begin their “The Perfectly Shattered” tour Friday night in Waterloo, New York.
The popular comedian has joked about the 27-year age difference between him and Kelsi in the past and is expected to continue doing so in his new shows.
It is unknown whether his new bride will accompany him on his trip to the United States until November 25th.
The stars took to Instagram last week to reveal they were having fun enjoying the first few days of married bliss in the tropical beauty of Oahu, Hawaii.
Cook was seen in his swimming trunks as he snuggled up to his new spouse, who looked newlywed. The Employee of the Month star also got very emotional while talking about how much he loves being married.
“I woke up a married man. I have never felt this feeling in my life. “A woman I love, a career I love, a past I’m happy with and a future I can’t wait to move toward,” the actor said in his Instagram caption.
“I thought a lot about the road I traveled as I looked at the ocean waves bouncing off the rocks. I think the early fears and worries were about what fearlessness and accomplishment looks like when you wholeheartedly commit to this life.
“I found purpose on my own and now I have purpose,” the Good Luck Chuck star said.

The wedding took place on Saturday at a private estate in Oahu, Hawaii. There were only 20 guests at the outdoor ceremony.
Fitness trainer Kelsi looked elegant in a white dress with a veil as she held a bouquet of flowers in photos shared by the couple on Instagram. And Dane was dapper in a dark blue suit and tie.
“We chose Hawaii because it holds such a special place in our hearts and in our relationship,” Cook told People.
“It was one of the first trips we ever took together and we continue to return often. It’s such an oasis and we couldn’t be more excited to have spent our wedding week surrounded by the beauty of Oahu.”

“We envisioned something more akin to a gathering of our closest family and friends,” he said.

“We decided to take a full week vacation with a wedding in the middle and we wouldn’t have it any other way!” “There’s nothing better than spending this special time with all of our favorite people,” Cook added.
She wore the Solstice Gown by Grace Loves Lace, a Grace veil and sheer heels by Amina Muaddi.
“It was one of the first dresses I tried on and I immediately fell in love with it,” she shared with People. “There’s just something special about the simplicity and comfort and the beautiful stitching design and details. I’m so happy to have found this gem!’
She walked down the aisle to Marry Me by Train. “Every time I heard that song I got so emotional. “I knew it was the choice for the ceremony,” she said.
