Ed Sheeran went blind shortly after smoking a joint with Snoop Dogg.
During an appearance on the Conan O’Brien Needs A Friend podcast, the British singer-songwriter revealed that he smoked a little too heavily on the rolled cigarettes the Gin and Juice singer gave him after the rapper’s concert in Melbourne , Australia, last March. The Thinking Out Loud singer has told how he took his wife Cherry Seaborn and mother-in-law Ann backstage to meet Snoop Dogg before ending up smoking marijuana with the musician and Russell Crowe.
“Over the years I’ve become friends with Russell Crowe, who is very close to Snoop Dogg,” he explained. I don’t smoke at all, but I was in the locker room and one by one they were getting high. I told myself that at some point that evening I had to say that I smoked with Snoop Dogg.
Ed Sheeran has admitted that he accidentally smoked too much and it affected his eyesight. “He said to me, ‘Do you want some?’ So I took a hit and thought, “I don’t feel too bad, it’s okay.” Then I took a little more, and a little more, and a little more. I remember looking at it and saying, ‘I can’t see anything anymore,'” the artist concluded.
Snoop Dogg is known for his love of cannabis and even uses a personal scooter to make his joints.
