And Cody Simpson showed off his skills on Friday as he competed at the 2023 World Aquatics Swimming World Cup in Germany.

The 26-year-old athlete showed off his bulging biceps and muscular torso as he hit the blocks for a swim.

Cody’s muscular physique was on display as he jumped into the pool wearing a swim cap and goggles.

The singer’s extensive tattoo collection was also on display.

Before jumping into the pool to compete, Cody wore a jacket with his name on the front and waved to fans.

Cody previously spoke to GQ Sports about his training regimen and admitted that he has completely overhauled his lifestyle.

“A few years ago I went to bed at 5am, now I get up at 5am,” the attractive blonde told the publication.

He revealed that he also eats a high-protein diet to fuel his body before hitting the pool.

“I start abruptly with an alarm at 5 a.m. and make a peanut butter and banana wrap,” he explains of his quick breakfast.

Cody said he has to be in the water by 6 a.m. and spends four hours in the pool most days. He also works out in the gym for 60 to 90 minutes three times a week.

The singer said after training he usually drinks a protein shake along with avocado on toast and also tries to eat a lot of fish.

He said he tries to eat a lot of “plant-based and pescatarian” foods.
