A single-family semi-detached home in Montreal’s L’Île-des-Sœurs was just sold by its owner for $1,935,000, which is 3.5% less than the $2 million shown.

Built in 2009, the three-story residence is located at Serge-Garant 3 in the Verdun district and has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a guest toilet, a double garage and outdoor parking space for two cars.
This residence offers a living space of 301 square meters on a plot of 459 m2. This space allows residents to enjoy a backyard designed around an in-ground swimming pool.

Its owner purchased this residence in 2020 for $1,695,000. Three years later, he managed to sell it for 14.2%, or $240,000 more.

Added to the purchase price for the buyer is a transfer tax payable to the City of Montreal in the amount of $38,433.
