iOS 17 would cause WiFi problems on all iPhones – Belgium iPhone – Le Soir

Since the recent iOS 17 update, many iPhone 15 owners have been experiencing troubling Wi-Fi issues.

In the last few days, some iPhone users complained about a Wi-Fi issue. If you are one of them, don’t worry, you are not alone. These Wi-Fi connection issues have caught the attention of the Apple community.

Completely unstable WiFi

In fact, some users have reported frequent disconnections, extremely slow Wi-Fi, or even the inability to load content. These issues can be frustrating, especially if you rely on your iPhone for work or play.

We’ve noticed that many users are sharing their experiences on social media, Reddit and Apple forums. The mystery is that these issues also affect the M2 iPad Pro, which shares Wi-Fi 6E compatibility with the iPhone 15 Pro. A funny, strange coincidence. But apparently other users are also reporting problems on devices with iOS 17. The WiFi problem could therefore extend to all iPhones with iOS 17.

A temporary solution

If you are one of the unfortunates affected by these problems, there is a temporary solution. Some users were able to resolve the issue by adjusting their Unifi UDR router settings. Others simply wait patiently for a correction.

Apple has not yet officially commented on this situation, but it is very likely that a solution is in development. Experts are already speculating about a possible patch update, perhaps in the form of iOS 17.0.4, that could fix these Wi-Fi issues.
