Boricua gets scammed while trying to visit Taylor Swift in Miami

A woman complained to police after she paid an unknown person $900 for tickets to the city of Miami, Florida, to see artist Taylor Swift’s concert, the police bureau reported.

The complaint was filed around 6:41 p.m. It was reported to her bank and the police.

“According to reports, in this case, the complainant contacted a person to obtain tickets to a concert by the artist Taylor Swift in the city of Miami and subsequently transferred the amount of $900 to him after submitting it through the Venmo application “The person disappeared and did not send you the tickets in question.

Taylor Swift is in the middle of her world tour, the Eras Tour. Presentations are scheduled for October 18, 19 and 20 in Miami Gardens.

Agents from the San Juan Criminal Investigation Corps Real Estate Division are investigating.

In addition to this complaint, police are investigating an adult over the age of 84 who resides in the Espinosa neighborhood of Dorado for “embezzlement.”

“The 84-year-old complainant states that someone with control and custody had $2,200 cash in a room in his apartment,” the police report states.
