MADRID, Oct 8 (EUROPA PRESS) –
Hamas leader Musa Abu Marzuk assured Sunday that the group’s militias had captured more than a hundred hostages in Saturday’s offensive against Israeli territory.
“Our goal is the release of all Palestinian and Jordanian prisoners held in Israeli prisons,” he stressed in an interview with Jordanian television Roya.
Abu Marzouk has pointed out that the Al-Aqsa flood operation was a “powerful demonstration” of the unity of the Palestinian people and resistance to Israel, which has “overwhelmed” the Israeli security forces and intelligence services.
Furthermore, he boasted that this offensive was carried out at only 10 percent of the group’s capacity and emphasized that the number of victims of the “Israeli occupation” could exceed a thousand.
