Dr. Sara announced she was expecting her second child in May, with a lovely picture of Harris caressing her belly as she opened up about her struggles getting pregnant the second time around.
She captioned the snapshot shared on Instagram: “And this is how we grow.” We’re expecting a little pumpkin this October.
“When I got pregnant with Harris, I announced it on Insta without much thought. “It had been an easy journey and I was in my own blissful world.”
Sara added: “The journey to baby two was a little different and in truth I sometimes found myself annoyed by everyone else’s pregnancy announcements.”
She said: “This time I want to be a little more considerate of others who are not yet where they want to be on their journey to parenthood.”
“I am obviously thrilled by this announcement, but I long to extend a loving hand to anyone who is suffering.”
‘I’m sorry. That’s not fair. I hope from the bottom of my heart that you get what you want or find peace with what you have. So much love to everyone out there, but especially to those whose paths have been rockier and darker than expected.’

The healthcare professional appeared on This Morning via video just a day after giving birth as she gushed over her newborn.
Dr. Sara gushed at the time: “Thank you so much, I’m so happy it’s one of those overwhelming feelings of love that I didn’t know I had inside of me so I’m very happy.”
“He was ten days early, and since he was my first, everyone expected it to be at least a week or so later.”
“I was at home and wanted a water birth, but I didn’t expect it to take place in my bathtub without a midwife present, so my husband had to sort of catch the baby as it came out.”
“He came out around 9.20am, I had to call the ambulance, obviously because the midwife didn’t know when she was supposed to be here, they arrived 20 minutes later and then the midwives came 20 minutes later.”
“My first contractions were around 3:45am, I had been having them for a few days and thought it was due to muscle contractions.” I did Pilates and yoga. The active labor period was only 2 hours.’
