Gary Neville is laughing all the way to the bank after Madonna books out his entire hotel.
The 48-year-old former footballer rented out the entire five-star Stock Exchange Hotel in Manchester to the 65-year-old pop star, who is in the city to rehearse for her upcoming tour.
Expert Gary owns a large share of the hotel along with his former teammate Ryan Giggs.
Madonna arrived in the UK last week with three huge vans full of belongings in tow.
She was seen driving her own Range Rover and brought along three Peloton exercise bikes to stay fit before competitions.

Madonna is said to have rented a room near the hotel where she will rehearse for four nights at London’s O2 Arena ahead of her tour on Saturday before heading to Europe.
The Queen of Pop will then return to the UK for further dates before heading to America for the US leg.
A source told The Sun: “Madonna pulls out all the stops – a huge entourage, entire hotels, large venues for multi-day rehearsals – nothing is left to chance.”
“You don’t get known as the Queen of Pop if you don’t do it right, and that’s exactly what it is.”
Earlier last month, People claimed that the mother of six was very excited to go on tour to perform her new songs.
“She returned to rehearsals last Monday. “She is so happy to be back on stage and feels strong,” a source shared.
“She is working closely with her long-time partners Jamie King and Stuart Price to put the finishing touches on the show,” the source says, adding that the series of shows is the icon’s “most ambitious tour ever.”
In August, Madonna looked happier than ever during her birthday party in Lisbon.

She wore a floral print dress and a daring silver dress as she sang with daughter Lourdes.
Her family consists of Lourdes Leon (26), Rocco Ritchie (23), David Banda (18), Mercy James (17) and 11-year-old twins Stella and Estere.
“It’s great to be alive… and great to be able to put on my dancing shoes and celebrate my birthday!” she wrote on Instagram. ‘I am so grateful. Thank you to Lisbon and everyone who made it possible!’ Madge said.
The source told People of her celebrations: “She enjoyed her birthday in Lisbon with all her kids and close friends. “Now she’s back in work mode and focused on the tour.”
“It thrives here. She loves being in a creative environment again.”
After London, the star will stop in Copenhagen, Barcelona, Paris, Milan and more.
Madonna first announced the Celebration Tour in January.
“I’m excited to try out as many songs as possible in hopes of giving my fans the show they’ve been waiting for,” she said in a press release at the time.
