The Multishow Awards 2023 opened public voting and published the list of nominees on Monday (9). The award ceremony will take place on November 7th with a lecture by Ludmilla, Tata Werneck and Tadeu Schmidt and will be broadcast for the first time on Open TV.
In 2023, the award turns 30 and brings with it something new: the Brazil category, which brings together 27 songs nominated by the Academy, highlights in every state in the country. The songs with the most votes by region will advance to the final round, with only five finalists to be announced on October 15. There are also four other categories available for voting: TVZ Clip of the Year, Show of the Year, Voice of the Year and Hit of the Year.
There is also a list of nominees in the categories for voting by the expert jury. Taking part are: Artist of the Year, New Artist, Instrumentalist of the Year and DJ of the Year.
Voting on the website is possible until November 5th. The event will take place on the 7th at the Arena Jeunesse in Rio de Janeiro. The public can watch the awards ceremony in a simultaneous broadcast on TV Globo and Globoplay open to nonsubscribers. Check out the full list of nominees.
