Casey Donovan has every reason to celebrate lately.
The singer is madly in love with her girlfriend Renee Sharples and recently enjoyed a trip to Singapore for her partner’s 40th birthday.
Casey, who was crowned winner of Australian Idol in 2004, shared a video on Instagram of their vacation and the fun activities they did there.
“Singapore adventures with my love @nayray.sharp part 1 (Happy almost 40th birthday cake my love),” she captioned her post.
The singer also praised the accommodation, which is not a paid partnership.

Casey, 35, and Renee stayed at W Singapore and highly recommend it to their friends and fans.
“By far the best vacation I’ve ever had,” Casey added.
In the video, the two enjoyed a relaxed yet action-packed getaway that included lounging by the pool, sipping cocktails, shopping, checking out the hotel’s interior, train rides and spa treatments.

“I was nervous and excited to connect with Renee, and when we finally met, her banter was great and she seemed very lovely,” Casey told Woman’s Day.
“When I logged on to our first Zoom date and saw that Renee had set it up at a coffee shop, it was so sweet… [It was] Even better when she asked me what kind of coffee I wanted,” she added.
Renee admitted she recognized Casey from Australian Idol but “had no preconceived idea of who she was.”
“We didn’t really see that in our near future; it was very unexpected. But we’re having the best time in our lives together and I couldn’t be happier,” she said.
