Shaïna Tardif, a 26-year-old woman from Saint-Modeste, was sentenced to a total of 122 days in prison for 13 counts of multiple thefts, fraud and threats.
The facts with which he is accused span a little less than two years, between September 2021 and August 2023. Judge Martin Gagnon sentenced them to a total of 122 days in prison on all counts. The defendant has already been in custody for 48 days, leaving her with 74 days left behind bars in Rimouski Prison.
After her release from prison, she must undergo a two-year suspended sentence. Her conditions include that she is not allowed to have any bank documents in her possession that are not in her own name.
