Did Pellegrini manipulate Assane through those close to him in Lupine?

A final scene that raises a lot of questions for the possible Lupine sequel. It already clearly indicates that Pellegrini, who went to prison at the end of the second season, has not yet finished talking about him. It could even be so a more than tough enemy for the character played by Omar Sy. But it’s not just his return that has us excited. The selected excerpt clearly suggests that Pellegrini manipulated Assane, particularly this passage: “To trap you and give you self-confidence, I welcomed the love you showed for me. You could have believed that I would marry him myself, and in the end you really loved me, losing all clarity.” The fact that we see Mariama and Benjamin’s faces leads us to believe that both were scheming with Pellegrini To touch Assane as close as possible. Perhaps Benjamin was approached by Pellegrini during his time in prison following Assane’s betrayal. We can imagine that Mariama was also approached by Pellegrini before she returned to his life.

According to creator George Kay, Pellegrini is “Assane’s nemesis.”

After this amazing ending, Télé-Loisirs asked creator George Kay for some details about the finale, who also talked about a big change that he opposed in the series. As he confirms to us, Pellegrini’s character is important for the future. “Assane’s nemesis is Pellegrini and he will always hover over Assane’s life. For a series of this magnitude, you want to have different enemies, but you always want to have one nemesis until the end. Every Sherlock Holmes needs his Moriarty. And so.” “At the end of the third part there is a hint, a hint, a piece of nonsense: Pellegrini didn’t disappear after all,” he explained to us. It remains to be seen what place Pellegrini will take in the potential fourth season of Lupine.
