Serena Williams, 42, shares a stunning bikini throwback photo from a “completely different time” in her life… after giving birth to her second daughter Adira

Serena Williams shared a flattering throwback photo on Instagram on Monday evening.

The 42-year-old tennis star looked incredibly toned and slim in a tiny black bikini, which consisted of a low-cut top and small briefs with straps over the hips.

The tennis diva had diamonds set in her belly button, which was a Y2K trend started by Britney Spears.

Her hair was pinned up with curly strands that fell over her face, and her makeup was light with pale pink lipstick.

“Share a picture from a completely different time in your life,” was written above the snapshot.

The cover girl appeared to be around 20 years old at the time the photo was taken. She flashed a wide smile that made it seem like she had no worries at all.

This came after the athlete gave birth to her second daughter with husband Alexis Ohanian in August.

She shared a sweet clip of herself, her husband and their five-year-old daughter Olympia with their newborn baby named Adira River Ohanian.

The caption read: “Welcome my beautiful angel.”

In the video, Serena is seen looking pretty in a pink dress in honor of her new daughter as she walks up to Alexis and kisses him.

Olympia, also in pink, goes to her parents, who kiss her before Serena hints that she has forgotten something.

The star then walks back into the frame cradling the couple’s newborn daughter as the family celebrates their second child.

Alexis revealed the baby’s adorable name on Instagram, writing, “Welcome Adira River Ohanian.”

“I am grateful to report that there is love in our home: a happy and healthy newborn baby girl and a happy and healthy mom.”

“I’m thankfull. @serenawilliams, you have now given me another unparalleled gift – you are the GMOAT. Thank you to the amazing medical staff who took care of my wife and our daughter. I’ll never forget the moment I introduced @olympiaohanian to her little sister.

“Your peace would have been like a river, your well-being like the waves of the sea.”

At the beginning of August, Serena revealed the gender of her daughter at a party with her husband.

The tennis player and her husband first met when they met at a hotel in Rome in May 2015 and began a relationship shortly after.

The couple got engaged in December 2016 and welcomed daughter Olympia the following September.

The two then tied the knot during a star-studded wedding ceremony in New Orleans in November.

Williams announced shortly before the Met Gala last May that she had become pregnant for the second time.

The former athlete opened up about motherhood in an interview with Vogue and expressed that she didn’t see herself as a mother when she was younger.

“At the beginning of my career, I never thought about having children. There have been times when I have wondered if I should ever bring children into this world with all its problems. “I have never felt so confident or comfortable around babies or children,” she said.

Williams then expressed that she has since learned to embrace parenthood, noting that she has developed a special bond with her daughter.

“The fact is that for me there is no sacrifice when it comes to the Olympics. “It all just makes sense,” she said.
