CH: The wait is over

The Montreal Canadiens play the first game of their regular season on Wednesday night, starting in Toronto against the Maple Leafs.

The game will be broadcast with the pre-match show on TVA Sports and TVA Sports Direct starting at 6:00 p.m.

Jake Allen will be in front of the CH net.

So it’s time to get to work on the Bleu-Blanc-Rouge. Martin St-Louis’s side will look to improve on the 68 points they achieved in 2022-2023.

The CH finished last in the Atlantic last season, while the Leafs finished second with 111 points.

There are several points on the agenda for CH this season. Will Nick Suzuki be able to continue to grow offensively? Will Cole Caufield be able to score 40 goals? Is it a dream to think of 50 networks? And who will be the standout goalkeeper in front of goal and will the three-man team of Allen, Samuel Montembeault and Cayden Primeau be effective?

It starts this evening. It starts at TVA Sports.
