He must tell them the strategy of French diplomacy as well as the latest information about the French present on the ground. Ten nationals have died and authorities remain “no news” of 18 others. Among them, “several children” were “probably kidnapped,” Prime Minister Élisabeth Borne told the Senate on Wednesday.
