Variety magazine reported Tuesday night that admirers of Johnny Depp paid legal fees to publish Amber Heard’s therapist’s professional notes that were used during the highly publicized fight between the two actors.

According to the writings of therapist Dr. Dawn Hughes describes Heard the atmosphere during the filming of Aquaman 2 as “hostile”, adding that in 2021, during the same filming, Momoa allegedly showed up on set “late, drunk on alcohol and… dressed as Johnyy Depp”, while letting her know he wanted her fired.

The access to information law in the state of Virginia, where the Heard v. Depp trial took place, allows any citizen to submit a request to inspect documents presented to the judge during a hearing.

Momoa’s team has not commented on the situation, but a representative from DC, the parent company of Aquaman, Batman and Co., disputed the facts alleged against the actor and claimed that “he conducted himself professionally during the filming of Aquaman 2.” ”

Elon Musk to the rescue

According to Variety, Amber Heard was initially not part of the plans for the second chapter of the Aquaman saga due to lack of chemistry between her and the film’s main character.

The decision to remove Heard from distribution would have been made in 2018, before the proceedings between her and Johnny Depp began, but a letter written by Elon Musk’s representatives to Warner Studios would have changed the situation. The Tesla founder and the actress had an on-again, off-again relationship between 2016 and 2018, shortly after the Tesla founder’s divorce from the Jack Sparrow actor was officially announced.

In this letter, Musk threatened to “burn Warner Bros. to ashes” if it did not renew the role of Amber Heard, who plays Mera, in the second Aquaman.

Elon Musk’s team had not yet commented on the situation at the time of writing.

Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom is scheduled to release in December 2023.
