NFL Bug fix for bad pool players

NFL: Bug fix for bad pool players

Did you wake up on Tuesday morning and find out that your best pass catcher would be out for at least four weeks? Don’t panic, there are solutions.

Many fantasy football fans targeted the outstanding Justin Jefferson of the Minnesota Vikings with their first-round pick in the last draft. However, he was out of action for a long time due to a thigh injury.

No one will replace the man who led the NFL in catches (128) and yards (1,809) among receivers in 2022, but here are some “Diachylon” options while waiting for the star player’s return:

-Jordan Addison, Viking

When Jefferson was absent in the fourth quarter last week, Addison became the safer option for quarterback Kirk Cousins, and that should continue to be the case for the duration of his teammate’s absence. The rookie already has three touchdowns to his name and has been the third most targeted player since the start of the season. However, it is not available in many leagues. If he’s one of you, don’t hesitate to put his name on the ballot!

-KJ Osborn, Vikings

Addison no longer available? Rely on your teammate KJ Osborn. He has just eight catches through the first four games of the season, but expects his volume to increase significantly during Jefferson’s absence.

– Jameson Williams, Lions

The Detroit Lions second-year player missed his team’s first four games due to a suspension for gambling at his team’s facilities. After serving his sentence, he will be increasingly involved in the Lions’ creative strategies. He could also take advantage of Amon-Ra St. Brown’s fragile health.

-Brandin Cook, Cowboys

The veteran hasn’t broken anything in Dallas yet, but it won’t be long before that happens to him. At least that’s quarterback Dak Prescott’s opinion. This week the Cowboys face the Los Angeles Chargers. Their defense has as many holes as Swiss cheese. We bet the 30-year-old receiver will know how to take advantage of this.

-Rashid Shaheed, Saint

Shaheed is a real threat in deep zones and when opposing defenses utilize zone coverage. The New Orleans player will benefit from facing defenses that have had some difficulty with long passing games since the start of the current season, namely the Houston Texans, Jacksonville Jaguars, Indianapolis Colts and Chicago Bears.
