Israelis killed two Palestinians during a funeral in the West Bank, the Palestinian Foreign Ministry said on Thursday (12).
The West Bank is a Palestinian territory east of Israel.
Witnesses told Portal that a father and son were shot dead when Israelis opened fire at the funeral of four Palestinians killed by Israeli soldiers in the village of Qusra near the city of Nablus on Wednesday (11).
Following the Hamas terrorist attacks against Israel last Saturday (7), violence has increased in the occupied territories.
After being shot, the father and son were taken to an ambulance, but the Israelis fired on the vehicle, ultimately killing both of them.
The Palestinian Red Crescent aid group said it helped people with serious gunshot wounds in the West Bank city of Qabalan on Thursday. A 63yearold man who was shot in the stomach and a 26yearold man were taken to a hospital, CNN reported.
A total of 610 injuries have been reported in the West Bank since Saturday.
