The agreement comes after four days of intensive mediation in New York, where the girls are currently staying with Turner from October 4th to 7th. The child custody decision is expected to pave the way to finalizing the couple’s divorce.
The court filing from Turner’s attorney, Stephen Cullen, said the mediation was “ongoing and productive” and that the division of custody was “pending an amicable resolution of all issues.”

Turner can travel with them “temporarily” to any location in the US or UK, but must return them to New York on October 21, where they will be “transferred” to Jonas.
The handover must occur at a time and place convenient for both parties, the filing said.
Jonas will be with the children until November 2nd, when he or their nanny will take them back to New York.
He will be able to travel anywhere in the US, meaning the girls can join him on his US tour with the Jonas brothers.
During these dates, the group is scheduled to play in Austin, Texas and make stops in Southern California in San Diego and Anaheim.
On November 2nd, they will play in Fresno, California, which may explain why their nanny was able to bring them back to New York for the delivery.
