Melissa Doyle has shared rare pictures of daughter Talia on a visit to Kenya.
To raise awareness of International Day of the Girl, the Seven journalist, 53, posted sweet photos of herself and her 19-year-old daughter playing with Kenyan children on Instagram on Wednesday.
With her long blonde hair and bright smile, Talia looked the spitting image of her mother as she joined her in Kenya and had fun with the locals.
Below the series of happy snaps, Doyle wrote a caption saying that International Day of the Girl is “a chance to highlight the challenges facing girls around the world – and work together to improve their lives. “
Melissa continued to inform her followers that the number of child marriages has more than doubled since the pandemic and that World Vision’s sponsorship can help educate and advocate for girls who have no voice.

At the time, Melissa told the Daily Telegraph that she was saddened to see her daughter “missing out” on these rites of passage during the endless days of home isolation.
The mother of two said it was also unfortunate that her son Nicholas had to spend his study break in America and was quarantined in Sydney.
