Myleene Klass appeared as a guest panellist on ITV’s Loose Women on Friday, where she discussed marriage, divorce and children.
During her time on the show, the former Hear’Say star, 45, revealed she got her fiancé Simon Motson to sign a contract when he moved into her house.
Myleene also explained how she put her fortune into a trust to protect her children – daughters Ava, 16, and Hero, 12, and son Apollo, four – from potential future partners who see her as a “payday” view.
Speaking about whether marriage is for life or not, Myleene, whose ex-husband Graham Quinn left her in 2012 after a year of marriage, explained: “I’m divorced.” I have a blended family.
‘We [she and Simon] have been together for 8 years now. He also has children. There are children who grow up and see if the marriage works.”

Legal! “When he moved into our family home, he signed a contract. “Not a prenup because we’re not married, but like a rental agreement or a cohabitation agreement,” Myleene said
The I’m A Celeb star admitted it can be extremely difficult after a divorce and explained: “What’s left?” You could potentially lose your house and half your income. You are in no man’s land and don’t know what rights you have.
“I told my children that they would never be in this situation.” “We have very open conversations.”
Speaking about her current relationship, Myleene continued: “I’m engaged. When my partner Sim, a very lovely man, moved into our family home, he signed a contract.
Not a prenuptial agreement because we’re not married, but like a rental agreement, I assume, or a shared apartment agreement. He was so sweet that he said, “I don’t need that with you, it’s fine, I’ll just sign everything.”
“I said to him, ‘No, please go and read this.’ Look at the fine print that says, ‘Then I know you know what you’re getting yourself into,’ and if you still get in with it. ..
“It’s not about romance, you can still have romance.” It gives you true clarity. I know what you deserve, I know what you have, I know what you bring to the table.
“I told my daughters, ‘If you’re dating someone, you can’t touch mom’s money, it’s in a trust fund,’ which is true.” That way, no one can look like there’s a payday.
“This is not about the women. I also don’t want my son to end up in a situation where he could be taken advantage of.”

Myleene and her ex-husband Graham began dating in 2001 when he was a bodyguard for her pop band Hear’Say.
They separated when it was revealed that Graham had been released on bail following his arrest on suspicion of heroin possession in Ireland, but later got back together and became engaged in 2005.
The couple finally married in an intimate ceremony in 2011, but split permanently just six months later when Graham left his wife on her 34th birthday. A year later they divorced.
