Millie Bobby Brown doesn’t regret the end of Stranger Things: "Thanks and bye"

Although the fans are already mourning the farewell Stranger Things, Millie Bobby Brown, Eleven of the series, doesn’t feel like that. In an interview with Glamor conducted before the actors’ union strike, she was more explicit about her desire to walk away from the production.

“When you’re ready, you say, ‘Okay, let’s do this. Let’s get through this senior year of high school. Let’s get out of here,'” she said. “Stranger Things takes up a lot of filming time and keeps me from writing stories that I really care about. That’s why I’m ready to say ‘thank you’ and ‘goodbye’.”

Brown also says she is prepared for what is to come. “The show gave me the tools and resources to become a better actress,” she added. However, she emphasizes that she doesn’t want to mourn the end of the show: “Nobody dies. When it’s over, I’ll still see these people.”

The four previously released seasons of Stranger Things are available to stream Netflix.

The final season of Stranger Things was released in two volumes and was the longest to date, with a total of 13 hours of content. Its length, coupled with painful farewells and powerful musical scenes, made the series the mostwatched Englishlanguage title on Netflix.

Meanwhile, the fifth and final year of the 80sinspired thriller has no announced release date.
