Jada Pinkett Smith says she didn’t cheat on her husband Will Smith.

The actress recently revealed that although they are not divorced, they have been living separately since 2016. “I want people to know that I didn’t cheat on Will Smith,” she stressed on the TalkShopLive show, referencing a 2020 discussion about her “affair” with singer August Alsina on his show Red Table Talk. “And when you read [mon autobiographie, Worthy]You will understand why that [discussion] Red Table happened.”
August Alsina previously claimed that Will Smith gave him “his blessing” to date Jada Pinkett Smith “because their marriage had become a civil partnership.”
The Girls Trip star continued: “Honestly, I love where I am. As for Will, my relationship with him, you know, we’ve been through this long period of separation… to walk apart and walk a path together.”
She added: “It seems like we have come to something very, very beautiful together. So, I’m happy. Yes, that’s where I am. I’m finally happy in this chapter of my life.”
The couple married in 1997 and Jada Pinkett Smith recently revealed that they had been living apart for seven years. Elsewhere in the TalkShopLive interview, Jada Pinkett Smith, 52, revealed that she and Will Smith, 55, have “healed together.”
“A lot has happened in the last two years and Will and I have come a long way together. And you know, we’ve returned as a family to that interdependence, to that beautiful space of love between us. We are in the process of finding a solution and it is a great solution. That’s wonderful. There’s a lot of love.”
The couple has two children, Jaden (25) and Willow (22). Will Smith also has a 30-year-old son, Trey, with his ex-wife Sheree Zampino.
