Lewis Capaldi has been praised for her heroics after rushing to the aid of an elderly woman who collapsed on Hampstead Heath, north London.
The 27-year-old singer was out with friends on the heath when he saw the woman lying on the ground before rushing to her aid.
Onlookers in the area revealed that Lewis called emergency services and stayed with her until they arrived to help.
They added that Lewis would not leave until the ambulance had left to take the unidentified woman to hospital.
One onlooker told The Sun: “Lewis is not just a superstar but a superhero.” We saw him helping an old woman who had collapsed on the floor and it turned out he had rushed over to help when he saw her.

In a statement, Lewis said: “The fact that this probably won’t be a surprise doesn’t make it any easier to write, but I’m very sorry to inform you that I will be taking a break from touring for the foreseeable future go.
