Xande de Pilares becomes a father for the third time at the age of 53. Samba singer and model Thay Pereira, 23, are expecting the couple’s first child. The information was confirmed by the singer’s press office.

In July, the two visited a fertility clinic in Rio. Xande and Thay were in the Barra unit of a reproductive health network in the west zone of the city. The two have been in a relationship since 2020 and practically live together in the samba singer’s penthouse in Barra.

Thay Pereira is an actress, model and nutritionist
EXTRA revealed last year that the couple’s relationship was at an impasse. Actress and nutritionist Thay Pereira had a dream of becoming a mother and was already making plans to get pregnant. Xande de Pilares balked at the idea of having another child he is already father to two boys, Alexandre Lucas, 24, and Alexandre Junior, 23.
From the beginning, the relationship led to changes in the artist’s everyday life and habits. With Thay Pereira’s encouragement, he started working out, hired a personal trainer and changed his diet. His girlfriend also became a work partner and was involved in several of the singer’s projects.
The change was so great that it even made the singer reconsider the idea of no longer having an heir. Thay is three months pregnant.
