Located on Avenue Jeanne d’Arc 1887, the 327 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house from 1919, which has since been converted into undivided co-ownership.

In addition to the ground floor, it includes a rear attached garage, a roof over the garages and an underground garage. Ultimately, the unit sold is assumed to represent 60% of the entire condominium building.

The property’s owners, STAT television series author Marie-Andrée Labbé and her partner Judith Lussier purchased this property in 2017 for $465,000. Six years later, the same house found a buyer for $730,000.

In the most recent municipal assessment roll, this co-owned building was assigned a value of $901,300, which is 43% more than three years earlier ($630,300).

In 2023, municipal taxes for this residence were $30,983. Added to the purchase price for the buyer is a transfer tax payable to the City of Montreal in the amount of $10,182.
