Ivanka Trump maintained her icy silence when asked on the way from Kim Kardashian’s 43rd birthday party if she was afraid of testifying in her father’s trial.
The 41-year-old heiress dazzled in a sequined two-piece as she left dinner at upmarket pasta restaurant Funke’s in Beverley Hills on Friday evening.
Ivanka has been asked to testify in Donald Trump’s ongoing civil fraud trial, but recently attempted to withdraw from the proceedings.
She cut a glamorous figure in a sparkling cream skirt and matching shirt, which she accessorized with a pop of color from green earrings and a bag in the same shade.
But when it came to discussing her court appearance, her reaction was much more muted, according to the video.

In the clip, the former presidential adviser can be seen strutting out of the restaurant in brown high heels with a smile on her face.
However, when she catches the paparazzi outside, the mood quickly deteriorates.
She then goes to her waiting car, where she is directly asked if she is “afraid” to testify.
The heiress doesn’t even turn her head to answer the question, instead slipping into the vehicle before the door closes behind her.
Ivanka is scheduled to testify about the case in New York, but recently filed a motion not to appear.
Her lawyers argue that she should not testify because she is no longer listed as a defendant and no longer lives in New York. It is not yet known when the court will decide on the submission.
Ivanka was a former Trump Organization executive who is accused of fraudulently inflating the values of assets in financial statements to lenders, insurers and others.
She was removed as a defendant from the wide-ranging lawsuit after an appeals court in New York ruled that the claims against her were barred by the state’s statute of limitations.
But she is still being sued, along with her brothers Eric Trump and Donald Jr., as well as other Trump Organization executives.
Ivanka was confronted with the ongoing legal battle on the way from Kim’s birthday celebrations, where she joined a star-studded guest list for dinner.

Khloe wore a chic white mini dress for the occasion, which she paired with white Louboutin heels.
Kylie showed off her curves in a tight black leather dress that perfectly matched mom Kris’ all-black ensemble.
Missing from the event was Kendall’s new boyfriend Timothée Chalamet, who has reportedly been dating the star since April.
Model sister Kendall opted for a long-sleeved cheetah print dress and strappy heels, which she accessorized with sunglasses.
They were joined by family friend Hailey Bieber and Kim’s close friend Lauren Sanchez, the fiancée of billionaire Jeff Bezos.
Meanwhile, there has been speculation about Kim’s dating life since her split from Pete Davidson in August 2022. After her divorce from Kanye West, she began dating the actor and comedian, who is 13 years her junior.
Recently, fans have linked her to NFL player Odell Beckman Jr., but nothing has been officially confirmed.
