Singer Bad Bunny had Spanish as his flag during last night’s appearance on NBC’s Saturday Night Live (SNL), where he “happened a little bit here” with his Puerto Rican accent.
Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, who was responsible for hosting the entertainment program, began his monologue in Spanish.
“I’m very happy to be here at Sábado Gigante,” he said, drawing laughter.
He then addressed those who doubted his abilities.
“People wonder if I can host this show because English is not my first language. I don’t know if you know, but I do what I want. I can host this show in English, I can order at McDonalds in English, I can have sex in English, but I prefer sex in Spanish. “I just prefer Spanish,” he said in English, emphasizing in Spanish, “Let’s turn this on.”
After greeting the audience, particularly the Latino audience and those from his native Puerto Rico, he raised his flag before the subtitle, which read: “Speaking in non English,” which translates into “Speaking a sexier language. sexiest language” was changed.
To help him translate, he called Chilean actor Pedro Pascal (The Last of Us).
“I woke up in the hotel this morning feeling incredibly tired, I just released an album, I’ve been rehearsing all week, I almost didn’t make it because the traffic in New York is, you know, super bad…” I wanted to Honestly don’t even come here, I swear. “I would have loved to go to Raymond’s show again or to Club Sunshine, something like that,” he said in Spanish.
It is recalled that in March 2020, El Conejo Malo animated and participated in the comedy steps of Raymond and his friends (Telemundo).
“He knows he can come back whenever he wants. We had a great time, good boy, great guy… that’s the reason for his success. Thank you Benito for always talking about Puerto Rico,” Raymond Arrieta wrote on his Instagram account .
The voice of Tití Asked Me was integrated into the SNL comedy and always combined English with Spanish.
In addition to Pascal, SNL also included singers Mick Jagger and Lady Gaga, who was responsible for introducing Martínez Ocasio for his musical performance.
“New York, Puerto Rico and the whole group, Bad Bunny,” Gaga said.
