Burger Gal’s identity on The Masked Singer Australia has been revealed.
On Monday night’s episode, the mysterious celebrity was revealed to be LaToya Jackson during her “Time Machine” special.
Among the guesses for “Burger Gal” was “La Toya Jackson” by Mel B, who guessed correctly.
“Good job, Mel, very good job,” La Toya said, taking off the mask.
La Toya spoke about how heavy the costume was for her small frame, before confirming that it was an odd choice since she doesn’t eat meat.
“It’s extremely difficult for me,” she began. “I don’t know why I’m stuck here [costume] ‘Cause I don’t even eat meat.’
La Toya added that she “loved” the format of the show, which is why she wanted to star in the Australian version.
‘I love this show. I would go anywhere to do this show. This is my third time [of being on it]’ she added.
La Toya said she kept her participation in the show a secret and refused to tell her famous family about it on a conference call.
Earlier in the show, Abbie Chatfield incorrectly guessed Fran Drescher. Other guesses included American star Snookie and actress Julia Stiles.
Last Monday, popular Australian musician Pete Murray was unmasked as Tiny.
Murray said it was love at first sight when he met the Tiny character and costume.
“As soon as I saw him, I fell in love with him,” Murray said. “I love cuddling and just being friendly with people,” he continued.
