NFL: Victim of racist insults, he publicly denounces

Denver Broncos defenseman Kareem Jackson posted screenshots of racial slurs he received on Instagram.

The NFL player did this by directly identifying the accounts of the unbiased people who denounced him in this very bad way on Sunday after a 19-17 win over the Green Bay Packers.

“I wanted to make sure you got the attention you were looking for. “I want your friends and family to see the racist person you really are,” Jackson wrote.

“Here’s another badass on Instagram,” he added in a subsequent post. Since we are athletes, we have to deal with it. Angry supporters hide behind social media because they know it wouldn’t be well received if they did it face to face.

Jackson was ejected from the game against the Packers for illegally tackling tight end Lucas Stone in the head.

The 35-year-old veteran is not the first NFL player to publicly denounce the unacceptable behavior of certain fans on Instagram. Earlier this season, Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Alexander Mattison said he received more than 60 hate messages from fans, including some that included the “N-word.”
