Foodtastic – a leading franchisor of restaurant brands in Canada – has decided to acquire quick-service restaurant chain Noodlebox, which specializes in Asian cuisine.
With this new addition to their restaurant portfolio, Foodtastic can expand its presence in the quick-service restaurant segment.
Foodtastic is already at the helm of Rôtisserie Benny, Second Cup and Freshii and has founded La Belle et la Bœuf.
“Noodlebox’s reputation as a leading quick-service restaurant brand aligns perfectly with our commitment to providing our customers with exceptional dining experiences,” Peter Mammas, president and CEO of Foodtastic, said in a statement Tuesday.
Noodlebox includes 46 open locations, with another 50 in development.
“We believe Foodtastic and our Noodlebox management team will create a bright future for our dedicated franchisees, team members and loyal customers,” said Dustin May, President and CEO of Noodlebox.
