A delivery lady from DoorDash, the application that allows you to take restaurant orders at home, revealed her salary in a video that is very popular on TikTok.

People who choose to make a little money by becoming self-employed with these companies usually enjoy the freedom to organize their schedules without a manager overseeing them.

DoorDash is a San Francisco-based multinational company with operations in Canada, Australia, Germany, New Zealand and Japan.

Delivery drivers’ income is made up of three elements: base salary, bonuses (top hourly salary) and tips.

With DoorDash, delivery drivers receive 100% of their tips.

The basic salary is a basic contribution from the company for each order, the top hourly salary is higher, UNILAD media reports.

Tiana, a TikToker and content creator, took the test in front of her 100,000 subscribers. The young woman began working for an hour in Los Angeles, California at 6:30 p.m.

“It’s currently 6:30 p.m., I’m going to go to DoorDash right now and let’s see how much money I make,” she says in her TikTok video.

After an initial delivery, she said she received a $7 tip from “rich people.”

Then she wants to deliver a second order, but has to refuel her vehicle. His working hours are up, but he finishes his delivery.

In total, she claims she made $21 for delivering two orders during rush hour.
