“A 25yearold man was injured after a traffic fight with a 27yearold military policeman this afternoon on Monday (23) in Ponte das Bandeiras, central region of the capital. Municipal Civil Guard Passed the scene and assisted with the incident. According to the information, both men had a disagreement while overtaking. When the car stopped, the man got out to satisfy himself with a gun on his hip. The Prime Minister intervened and hit him. He was rescued and taken to the emergency room of Mandaqui Hospital where he remained hospitalized. The weapons were confiscated, as were ammunition and pepper spray that were in the person’s car. The case was referred to the 2nd DP (Bom Retiro), who requested an onsite forensic investigation.
