The late Kirstie Alley’s magnificent mansion in Clearwater, Florida, has officially sold for $5.2 million – after selling for $5.95 million earlier in February this year.
Notably, the Cheers actress passed away late last year in December 2022 at the age of 71 after a secret battle with colon cancer. Her shocking death was announced by her two children: son William, 31, and daughter Lillie, 29.
Notably, the property, whose sale was confirmed by Realtor.com, features nine bedrooms, ten bathrooms and a heated swimming pool in the expansive backyard.
The star originally bought the home in 2000 for $1.5 million. The previous owner was the late Lisa Marie Presley.
Surrounded by a 200-foot wall and trees for privacy, the 7,185-square-foot mansion also features three levels to provide plenty of space for residents and guests.

There are also three balconies and a forecourt with a fireplace that offers a warm welcome.
The foyer is open and well-lit, while the interior of the home features hardwood floors and numerous windows that allow plenty of natural sunlight to stream in.
The waterfront mansion also features a 60-foot dock and a separate guest house also located on the property. Before her death, Kirstie was treated at Moffit Cancer Center in nearby Tampa.
The house is located in the city of Clearwater, which has been the spiritual home of Scientology since 1975.
Both Alley and Presley were Scientologists at some point in their lives, although Presley is believed to have left the controversial religion in 2014.
In March 2001, less than a year after she took ownership of the home, Alley sold the home to a woman named Carol A. Berc, the Tampa Bay Times reported.
Online records show Alley regained ownership in 2008 after buying it back for $1.8 million.
On December 5, 2022, Alley’s children announced the news of her death on the star’s social media pages. The actress was later said to have died at her home in Florida.

William and Lillie added: “She was an even more wonderful mother and grandmother.” “We are grateful to the incredible team of doctors and nurses at Moffitt Cancer Center for their care.”
“The joy and passion of our mother, her children, grandchildren and her many animals, not to mention her eternal creativity, were unparalleled and inspire us to live life to the fullest as she did.”
Social media users and other celebrities paid tribute to the late actress, including John Travolta. The pair most notably starred in Look Who’s Talking (1989) and its sequels.
The Grease actor shared throwback pictures of Alley and wrote: “Kirstie was one of the most special relationships I’ve ever had.” I love you, Kirstie. I know we will see each other again.’

After her tragic death, Kirstie’s remains were cremated, according to a death certificate obtained by Us Weekly.
Alley was known for her starring roles in various projects, including the hit NBC series “Cheers,” in which she portrayed the character of Rebecca Howe. Notably, due to her performance, the actress won an Emmy for her role.
She also appeared in films such as Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan (1982), For Richer or Poorer (1997) and Drop Dead Gorgeous (1999).

The star also appeared in Ryan Murphy’s series Scream Queens from 2015 to 2016.
Kirstie was previously married to her high school boyfriend Bob Alley from 1970 to 1977 and was later married to Baywatch actor Parker Stevenson from 1983 to 1997. She adopted her two children, William and Lillie, after suffering a miscarriage.
