Was Windows 12 Accidentally Revealed? This Photo Sows Doubts

As you probably know, this week of October 23, Qualcomm met with fans and media for a new edition of the Snapdragon Summit. The opportunity for the manufacturer to present its future products, starting with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, its new processor for high-end smartphones.

The brand also introduced the Snapdragon X Elite, an ambitious processor that could revolutionize Windows PCs with high-end performance. But in this article we will not talk about Qualcomm branded products, but about a specific Windows 12. To everyone’s surprise, Microsoft’s next operating system would have done it a discreet appearance on the Snapdragon Summit stage.

Windows 12 accidentally revealed during Snapdragon Summit?

As we can see in a photo shared by Windows insider techosarurex on X, a Windows window projected in the background caught the attention of many people. In fact, we can have it a new version of File Explorer. This makes you wonder if this isn’t the planned version for Windows 12.

If we look closely, we actually notice it some notable differences from the current version of File Explorer. The Next/Previous/Refresh buttons are now on the same line at the top of the screen. The design of the icons also seems to have been revised (especially the folders). There is also this new search bar installed in the left corner. So Windows 12 or not?
