Ana Maria gets emotional in honor of Louro José
During the Mais Você special broadcast celebrating the program’s 24th anniversary, Ana Maria Braga paid tribute to Tom Veiga, known as Louro José, who passed away in November 2020. She was very moved and remembered the moments she spent with the artist, who she was very happy to have the audience at his side at the Casa de Cristal stand.

“It would have been different without him, he was a joy in this story, he will be greatly missed. It is an essential part of our history. And now I am here with his grandson to guarantee the lineage,” said the presenter, referring to her new partner Louro Mané.

Ana Maria also praised Louro Mané’s interpreter:
“I was very pleased about your arrival. We always say that the people we love are irreplaceable, but your talent, from the head, as a person… Do you know a talented person? It’s the success of people we like, with whom you can spend time, just like Tom,” praised Ana.
“I am very grateful that you opened the doors for me to attract this wonderful family,” Louro replied.

The presenter recalled Louro Mané’s appearance on the show and the reception he received from the audience:
“We thought: ‘Will this work?’ At the beginning they said I don’t like you,” Ana Maria joked.
“And didn’t it work?” emphasized Lourinho.
