Amazon Prime Video: What is the movie “The Revenant” about?
“Trapper Hugh Glass seeks revenge on his companions who left him injured in the forest after a bear attacked him, thinking he would die, a victim of his injuries and the harshness of the environment and winter. But the resentment “This feels stronger than any adversity, and Glass will let nothing and no one stop him from satisfying his hatred,” says the synopsis for this film, out now Amazon Prime Video.

“The revenant“was a before and after in Leonardo Di Caprio’s career, because thanks to his interpretation of Hugh Glass (fur trapper, trader and explorer, known for his survival in the western United States in the first third of the 19th century) won an Academy Award for Best Actor.
It is also worth clarifying that “The revenantis a remake of “The Man from the Wild Land” (1971), a film directed by Richard C. Sarafian and starring Richard Harris.
