Bachelor star Brittany Hockley is expanding her real estate portfolio.
On Tuesday, the 36-year-old reality star and podcaster couldn’t contain her smile after securing a deal on a modern three-bedroom home in the Gold Coast seaside suburb of Miami.
She is said to have spent $1.3 million on the property.
Brittany met with a real estate agent and posed for photos in front of the “For Sale” sign – which would soon be replaced by a “Sold” sign.
She was dressed casually, wearing an oversized yellow button-up shirt and ripped denim shorts, when she was photographed by a friend.

The house is the second owned by the podcaster and radio host.

The Miami property last sold in January 2018 for $739,000.
The purchase comes just two years after Life Uncut co-host Laura Byrne and her partner Matty Johnson purchased a $1.87 million property in Bangalow, in the Byron hinterland.
Back in 2020, Brittany revealed that she “took a risk” when she first invested in real estate at the age of 22.

“I worked and saved from a young age and got lucky with a great property.” And no, I didn’t get a cent,” she said at the time.

Brittany admitted there was no tension between them, even though she was competing against her best friend and co-star Laura Bryne.
“Laura and I are competing against each other, which we’re not mad about because if one of us wins, we both win.” And that means people will say, “as if,” but we mean it.
