Helena Bonham Carter, 57, shows off her quirky sense of style as she enjoys a stroll through north London

She is famous for her edgy sense of style.

And Helena Bonham Carter donned another crazy look on Thursday as she headed out for a stroll in north London.

The 57-year-old actress wore an ankle-length dress with a dark skirt and a cardigan with a collar and ruffles.

The Harry Potter star was seen with a brown wool coat slung over one shoulder as she strolled around the Camden area.

Helena slicked her dark look up into a bun and completed the look with a pair of glasses resting on her head and walking around in a pair of casual sneakers.

Earlier this month, Helena attended a reception at Clarence House, where she curtsied as she met Queen Camilla.

Helena, who played Princess Margaret in The Crown, wore a bright floral dress, a pearl necklace and bright red lipstick and gave a deep curtsy as she greeted the beaming queen.

The evening reception in London marked the 30th anniversary of the Forward Arts Foundation, which promotes public knowledge, understanding and enjoyment of poetry in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

The Queen appeared relaxed as she posed for a photo and chatted to actress Helena, despite her role in the controversial Netflix drama.

Sweeney Todd actress Helena then rounded off the reception with a reading of a poem by William Stafford entitled “Yes.”

Netflix’s recent decision to have Princess Diana’s ghost appear in front of her ex-husband and the late queen in the series has been described as “deeply distasteful” and “absolutely regrettable” by royal experts.

Diana, played by Elizabeth Debicki, will have an emotional reconciliation with the grieving Charles, played by Dominic West, in the show’s sixth and final season.

In January, the actress hinted that Peter Morgan’s popular series, which is based on the royal family but also includes fictional storylines, is now keeping up with modern times and is now coming to an end.

She told the Guardian: “Again, I should be careful, but I don’t think they should actually go ahead. “I’m on it and I loved my episodes, but now it’s very different.

“When it started it was a historical drama, and now it’s plunged into the present. “But that’s on them.”
