On Friday, TMZ reported that the “Real Housewives of Orange County” star was officially charged with drunk driving and hit-and-run. Law enforcement sources told the website that her blood alcohol level was 0.24% when she crashed into the side of a house.

Beador’s blonde curls cascaded down her chest and she placed a pair of large black sunglasses on her head. She was carrying a bottle of Essentia water and walking down a path in black sneakers with white soles.

Beador broke her silence a few days ago, exactly a month to the day after she was arrested for driving under the influence.

In a clip posted to her Instagram account, she walked down a residential street with her dog Archie, where she recorded herself delivering a quick message to her 1.3 million followers.

“I know it’s been a while since I posted and there’s been a lot of talk about everything that’s happened lately,” she said of the Sept. 17 incident.

She continued: “Unfortunately I am unable to comment at the moment; But there will come a time when I can – and I plan to be open, honest and authentic.”

Beador added: “Right now I’m focused on getting healthy, getting back to myself and going for walks with Archie.”

The mother of one is in the early stages of recovery from the aftermath of her accident, in which authorities say she crashed into a house, parked in the middle of the street and then pretended to walk her dog.

According to insiders who spoke to TMZ, she attended an “outpatient behavioral wellness program with an alcohol component.”

Beador wants to “help make things right” by compensating the property owner for the damage caused, the source said, saying she will pay for any necessary repairs to the home.
