Las Tunas.- With the heartfelt tribute to the progressive creator, from the pride of Las Tunas and the commitment to continue to apply talent and effort to maintain vitality in every production and service sector, the Provincial Day is dedicated to celebrating the achievements of the Anirists the territory.
Yaneicy Ávila Escalona, President of the ANIR in Las Tunas, recognized the value of innovators in key sectors of the economy, the humility and sense of belonging with which they take on the processes and the outstanding results of the Balcón del Oriente, which in Sectors like Azcuba have contributed to savings of more than 130 million pesos and created noticeable problems that negatively impact sugar harvests across the country.
Ávila Escalona pointed out the importance of the innovative movement to address the scarcity of resources during difficult times in the Cuban economy, especially when the siege of the United States economic blockade prevents better trade routes for the acquisition of spare parts and supplies.
The event recognized the outstanding achievement of the Provincial Center for Electromedicine, which achieved national vanguard status seven times, several of its members received the organization’s highest award, and collectively received national awards that validate their careers.
As usual, the collective award was given “8th. October” and its national proposal awarded to 12 working groups, including Electromedicina and Muebles Ludema, the Antonio Guiteras Sugar Company and the Raw Materials Recovery Company.
The honor also reached UEB Muebles Ludema, whose production every year brings to the national market furniture of different styles, characterized by comfort and excellence. On this day, the honor was extended to this center, which received the award for the greatest economic impact with an innovation in the use of wood and board trimmings that had an economic impact of more than 15 million pesos.
Among those present, the event was recognized by Eliezer Castro Sosa, head of centrifuge maintenance at the Antonio Guiteras plant, who also recently won the National Prize for Innovation with the Greatest Economic Impact and whose ingenuity led to savings of $30 million Azcuba- Pesos in the area.
Between awards, accolades and sincere entertainment, the value and intention of the Aniristas from Las Tunas was confirmed to continue to use creativity in the face of scarcity of resources and talent as the best armor in the face of economic constraints.
