A TikToker with dubious jokes, notably breaking into the home of a family with young children, has been banned from social media after violating a court order “just hours” after being detained.
“This is a man who consciously exceeded the boundaries of the order. You must now understand the seriousness of your situation,” warned Judge Matthew Bone on Thursday, who did not laugh in the Bacari-Bronze O’Garro hoax case, The Independent reported.
The 19-year-old TikToker, better known as “Mizzy,” was found guilty Thursday of violating a court order that banned him from sharing videos with individuals without their consent in the hours after the order took effect.
By the time he is sentenced on November 21, he will “no longer have the right at all” to share content on social networks, which could result in a prison sentence, the judge warned at the Stratford court, according to the Briten Zeitung.
Last May, the 19-year-old was handcuffed after simply entering a young family’s home before sitting on their sofa with friends and looking in panic at the mother of the family.
Since May 24, he has been the subject of an order prohibiting him from posting videos featuring any person without their consent: an order he allegedly violated in the following hours when he shared a video in a shopping center, in which he argued that “British laws are a joke” while attempting to shake hands with a passer-by.
He allegedly repeated the affront by posting videos on Snapchat of himself grabbing a student by the uniform and fighting with a man suffering from dwarfism, claiming that the videos were posted by one of his friends without him would have been informed about it.
“There is a lack of credibility. […] “I have found that this was a deliberate, direct and deliberate challenge to the criminal conduct order,” the judge concluded in finding him guilty, according to The Independent.
