Andy Reid and Brittany Mahomes seem to approve of Taylor Swift
After the Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Los Angeles Chargers, the head coach said Taylor Swift could still come to games.
Maybe Taylor Swift is Travis Kelce’s lucky charm after all.
The Denver Broncos defeated Kelce’s Kansas City Chiefs 24-9 on Sunday at Empower Field at Mile High in Denver, tying the longest active winning streak against a single team in the NFL.
Swift was not present at the Chiefs’ away game against the Broncos after multiple reports of a no-show. The megastar will continue her Eras tour in Argentina on November 9th.
All eyes have been on whether Swift would be in the crowd to see Kelce play since their relationship was rumored to begin at the start of the 2023 NFL season. Swift was on hand to watch four of Kansas City’s recent games, all of which resulted in victories. Their most recent appearance was last week when the Chiefs defeated the Los Angeles Chargers.

Without Swift in the audience, Kelce couldn’t continue his big season. The tight end had noticeably better stats when the pop star watched the game in person. Against the Chargers, Kelce had a dominant game with 12 passes for 179 yards and a touchdown, and even Kelce learned about his improvement there with Swift.
The results were so remarkable that Chiefs head coach Andy Reid doesn’t agree with Swift coming to all games.
“Taylor can stay here as much as she wants,” Reid said.

Swift traveled to Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri, last Sunday to cheer on Kelce during the Chiefs’ game against the Los Angeles Chargers.
The “Karma” singer was spotted in a festive red Chiefs sweater and a… Bracelet with Kelce’s team number 87 for their game day attire.
Swift was also seen sitting — and dancing — next to Brittany Mahomes, the wife of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, during the first quarter of the game. In a moment of excitement after the Chiefs’ first touchdown, the pair joined together for a celebratory handshake.
