In 2019, the company came under scrutiny from the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) for irregular securities offerings. The regulator considered that the company’s product falls into the CIC (Collective Investment Contract) category, which requires prior approval.

Reymond claimed that Atlas Quantum had a good reputation in the market when he started advertising. He also said that the contract states that the artist can act legally if the company proves suitable over time.
As a result of the propaganda, both Reymond and Tatá were summoned by the Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry (CPI), which investigated cryptoactive scams, which completed its work this month. Both appealed to the Federal Court of Justice (STF) and managed to evade their involvement, angering parliamentarians.
According to the website, Reymond said that the call to the CPI was very negative for his image.
