The answer came from the City of Vice when the Las Vegas Raiders showed Josh McDaniels the door shortly after the trade deadline and several players changed addresses. It is therefore the end of the McDaniels era after just a season and a half or 25 games at the helm of the Raiders. The major housecleaning is also taking general manager Dave Ziegler with him, which seems to indicate another major rebuild in an organization that never stops rebuilding.
