The third-round pick, 69e Overall, Jacob Fowler, who joined the Montreal Canadiens in 2023, had a brilliant first month in the NCAA.

He has gotten off to a brilliant start to his college career, which will certainly please the Habs bosses. In an interview with Kevin Dubé from the Journal de Québec, Fowler made no secret of his ambitions to become the starter in front of the CH network in the future.
“That’s what motivates me every day,” he said. I know that the way there is not easy and that there is only one goalkeeper position number 1. To get there I have to earn it every day and work harder than the guys who are already there but also those who come after me.
