A Netflix thriller proved to be a huge hit with fans who watched the entire series in a day.
Pact Of Silence was released on the streaming platform last month and viewers have taken to X – formerly known as Twitter – to praise the series for its gripping plot twists.
Directed by Carlos Villegas Rosales and written by José Vicente Spataro, the series tells the story of Brenda Rey.
Camila Valero portrays the main character, a social media influencer who was abandoned by her mother at birth, grew up homeless and was sexually abused.
The synopsis reads: “When she was a toddler, four private school kids left Brenda Ray in a cabin in the middle of the woods.”

Pact of Silence takes place in Mexico. It was filmed in Guerrero, Mexico City, Soledad de Doblado and Veracruz.

Michelle Keegan, 36, will play widower Maya Stern, who is trying to come to terms with the brutal murder of her husband Joe (Richard Armitage).
Netflix released the first stills from the series on Thursday.
The story follows a grieving Maya who is trying to solve her husband’s secret when, after setting up a nanny camera to watch her daughter, she sees Joe in the house.
Detective Sergeant Sami Kierce (Adeel Akhtar) leads the murder investigation into Joe’s death while grappling with his own secrets.
Meanwhile, Maya’s niece and nephew, Abby and Daniel, try to find out the truth about their mother’s murder several months ago.
Joanna Lumley plays Judith Burkett, Joe’s protective mother.
